Shipping Policy
We ship via USPS (First Class or Priority)
Standard processing time is 3 to 5 BUSINESS days. During high volume times (such as the Holiday season) orders may take up to 14 days. NO ORDER IS PROCESSED ON THE SAME DAY. The next business day is when processing begins. Business days are Mon-Fri. If you order on the weekend, your order will start processing the next business day. We aim to process orders as quickly as possible.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Serenity LUXE Co. LLC cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control including but not limited to severe weather, service interruptions, etc. Delays may be experienced during high-volume times such as holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Serenity LUXE Co. LLC cannot be held accountable once packages are successfully delivered and once the package is in possession of the postal service.
